1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3jlz Casino website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "3jlz Platform" or "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of 3jlz Casino.

By registering an account on 3jlz, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you expressly agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the 3jlz Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 3jlz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online casino gaming is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21. 3jlz reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 3jlz complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by 3jlz or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account on 3jlz. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on 3jlz, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

3jlz is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlz Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3jlz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 3jlz support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of 3jlz constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3jlz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jlz does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the 3jlz cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 3jlz reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC requirements. 3jlz targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

4.4 AML Compliance

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to 3jlz's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 3jlz reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 3jlz are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3jlz reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 3jlz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 3jlz Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by licensed dealers in regulated studios.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 3jlz reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 3jlz's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 3jlz will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• 3jlz reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a technical error, software bug, or incorrect odds display.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their account before placing bets. 3jlz does not extend credit to players.

7. Responsible Gaming

3jlz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on your gaming sessions with automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 3jlz Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

3jlz will never encourage players to chase losses, increase bet sizes beyond their comfort level, or continue playing when they have indicated a desire to stop. Players who display signs of problem gambling may be contacted by our responsible gaming team and offered support tools proactively.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jlz Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 3jlz, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 3jlz Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 3jlz Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 3jlz Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jlz staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the 3jlz Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a third party to use your 3jlz account, or using a third party's account.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 3jlz Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jlz Platform — including but not limited to the 3jlz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3jlz or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jlz Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 3jlz Platform without prior written consent from 3jlz.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3jlz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jlz Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruption or unavailability of the 3jlz Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the 3jlz Platform.

3jlz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jlz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Account Closure

3jlz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 3jlz support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 3jlz Platform shall first be submitted to 3jlz's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact 3jlz support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. 3jlz will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

3jlz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3jlz will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the 3jlz Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 3jlz Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the 3jlz Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
